1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited and that you comply with all applicable laws, including financial, export, and sanctions regulations.

2. Not Financial Advice — High-Risk Disclaimer

ChartReact is an analytics and educational tool only. We are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, commodity trading advisers, or financial planners. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, derivative, or financial instrument.

Trading cryptocurrencies, equities, derivatives, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance, backtests, statistics, and journal analytics do not guarantee future results.

You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. You agree that ChartReact is not liable for trading losses or missed opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

3. AI-Generated Insights Disclaimer

Features such as the AI Tilt Report and other automated insights use artificial intelligence to analyze aggregated trading heuristics (e.g., psychology tags, win rates, P&L summaries). AI outputs are generated automatically, may be incomplete, biased, or inaccurate, and are provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only.

AI insights do not constitute psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. You assume all risk arising from reliance on AI-generated content. You agree to hold ChartReact harmless from any claims, damages, or losses related to AI outputs or actions you take based on them.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time without liability.

4. Account Registration & Security

You may register with email and password or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or engage in abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

5. Exchange API Keys & Third-Party Integrations

If you connect exchange APIs (including Binance or similar platforms), you agree to provide read-only API keys unless a specific feature clearly requires additional permissions and you knowingly authorize them. You are solely responsible for configuring permissions on the exchange, restricting IP access where supported, and safeguarding keys.

ChartReact is not responsible for unauthorized access, withdrawals, or trading activity on third-party exchanges caused by misconfigured keys, exchange breaches, phishing, malware, or user negligence—even if you connected keys through our Service.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not liable for third-party platforms, data accuracy, downtime, or policy changes.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Plans & Billing

Paid plans (e.g., Edge) may be billed monthly or annually, or as otherwise displayed at checkout. Features and pricing are subject to change with notice where required.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Crypto payments (e.g., USDT on supported networks) are final and non-refundable once submitted on-chain, except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for sending the correct amount, token, and network. We are not liable for user error, network congestion, or irreversible transactions.

Fiat / Processor Payments

Payments processed through Lemon Squeezy or similar providers are subject to their terms and refund policies. ChartReact does not store full payment card details.

Refunds

Except where mandated by law, subscriptions are non-refundable for partially used billing periods. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time, downgrades, or failure to use features. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service without permission.
• Upload malware or interfere with Service integrity or other users.
• Misrepresent affiliation with ChartReact or resell the Service without authorization.
• Use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to third parties without proper licensing.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, logos, text, and proprietary analytics, is owned by ChartReact or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of trading data you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, display, and analyze that data solely to provide and improve the Service, including AI features on aggregated heuristics as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DATA IMPORTS, SYNC, OR ANALYTICS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHARTREACT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CHARTREACT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChartReact and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChartReact is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country of residence.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as required by applicable law, unless you have statutory rights to bring claims in your local courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
